Marci S. Miller
Marci S. Miller is an Associate Attorney with Hazen Elder Law. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, and long-term care planning.
Attorney Miller received her J.D. in 2006 from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where she was recognized by the Miller Center for Public Interest Advocacy for her work in the school’s Elder Law Clinic, and was granted the Cherie T. Millage merit fellowship for her work and dedication to the public interest. Throughout her time at Dickinson, Attorney Miller was actively involved in the elder law community, including meeting with the minority Chairman of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives’ Committee on Aging and Older Adult Services and presenting educational programs to attorneys on preventing financial exploitation of the elderly.
Attorney Miller volunteers as a Pro Bono Monitor with the Dauphin County Orphans’ Court to monitor active guardianship cases in the county. She is a member of the Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council, the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Dauphin and Lancaster County Bar Associations. She is also a volunteer for the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA), which offers free income tax assistance to low-income individuals.
Attorney Miller lives in Lancaster with her four-year old Weimaraner.
Melissa Kain
Melissa Kain is an Estate Planning and Guardianship Paralegal. She has extensive experience in the legal field. She received her Paralegal Associates of Arts Degree from Harrisburg Area Community College and a Bachelor's Degree from the Pennsylvania State University. She is married and has a two-year-old son.
Corinne Eggers Woodhouse
Corinne Eggers Woodhouse is an Estate Administration Paralegal. She studied vocal performance and conducting at Moorhead State University in Moorhead, MN and worked in other career fields before she received her paralegal certificate from the Academy of Medical Arts and Business in Harrisburg, PA. She has worked in the legal field for over a decade and is a member of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association. Corinne and her husband have lived in Perry Co. for over 20 years. She enjoys singing, traveling and gardening.
Mylene DePalma
Mylene DePalma is the Office Administrator. She handles appointment scheduling and general office administration matters. In her spare time she enjoys music, reading, cross-stitch and spending quality time with family and friends. She lives in Harrisburg with her husband, Jim.
